MATH 1151 CALCULUS 1: FLIPPED AND FLEXIBLE -- Autumn 2018, Spring 2019
Hybrid course offering for Calculus 1 where students view video lectures and read an interactive online textbook outside of class and attend two recitations per week either online or in-person to clarify course content in an active learning setting.

Trigonometry prepares students proficient in algebra for a first course in calculus. Topics include trigonometric functions and identities, solutions of triangles, complex numbers, and vectors.
This course introduces students to basic algebraic techniques, in particular, as they apply to the solution of equations and systems of equations. Topics include percents, ratio and proportion, algebraic operations, linear and quadratic equations, simultaneous equations, inequalities, graphing, polynomials, rational expressions, factorization, exponents, and radicals.
